I had chin filler with Nurse Rowan recently and it was absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! Rowan made sure to completely explain everything and talk through the procedure in a consultation first, as this was my first time getting filler this was really important to me and completely took away my nerves, she was really knowledgable about everything! Then at the appointment she made sure I was completely numbed and placed the filler perfectly! I honestly don’t think it could have gone better and I’m so happy with the results, I absolutely recommend nurse Rowan and mediderm😊

Went for my second appointment today with Dr Ali for lip enhancement. Both members of staff was extremely welcoming! As usual. Again, had explained me through the whole process and answered any queries. Brilliant customer service and always have a smile on their faces! Would definitely recommend!

I had an appointment for chin filler today with Nurse Rowan. from the second i walked in the door she was so welcoming and friendly and talked with me about the results i wanted to make sure we did the right thing. after listening to what i wanted, she did the treatment, and stopped multiple times to ensure i was happy with how it was going. i am over the moon with my results, they even brought me to tears!
