I was welcomed by dr Ali who made me feel very comfortable whilst prepping me for my treatment. Nurse Rowan was amazing listened to exactly how I wanted my lips giving her opinion and was so gentle I didn’t feel a thing! Such a lovely clinic and most amazing practitioners! I attended my appointment today for my lip filler dissolving, having had filler in for many years! the clinic is beautiful! And very clean, I had nurse Rowan doing the procedure, and she made me feel very comfortable, she took her time, and is an absolute perfectionist! The whole experience was absolutely incredible, the staff are so lovely and gentle when carrying out the procedures. They make sure you are okay throughout the treatment and they are very professional when speaking to you too. 10/10 I would recommend to all 🤩🤩🤩

I came with my sister who was quite anxious to get her lips done due to bad past experiences. But Nurse Rowan was nothing less than perfect!! Before starting they had a conversation about the look she was going for and it was definitely provided. She allowed my sister to take her time, have breaks throughout, and offered her a refreshment. I recently went to MediDerm Aesthetics for a 0.7 ml lip enhancement and i couldn’t recommend it more! I was a bit unsure of what to expect because this was my first time getting anything like this done but Dr Ali was very informative and gave amazing advice on what would suit me. Id say the procedure was nearly painless, the only discomfort was a few pinches but id definitely get it done again.
